THE PROJECT


Are you interested in investing whilst learning about how to gain planning permission?  This office to residential planning project of a grade 2 listed building is a great opportunity to learn from an experienced property developer, Dan Trivedi.  

This project also has a lead investor, John Corey. The project is designed to help the investors (shareholders) learn as the project progresses. John will be driving the communication to the investors in the project so they can maximise what they can learn from this specific project about planning gain as an investment strategy.

To learn about planning gains, the developer and lead investor propose the following.  This will be for investors only.

1. Webinar at the start of the project
2. Weekly email updates to investors regarding progress 
3. Webinar on planning outcome, including the learning and hurdles


ABOUT THE BUILDING


The building is an imposing & elegant Grade Two listed office, of the Victorian era, with conditional contract to obtain residential use.  It provides spacious & well proportioned centrally heated accommodation on four floors & amounting to nearly 3,300 square feet of net internal floor space, together with secure parking, in a prominent position of Norwich City Centre.


THE PROPOSAL

This first phase of the project is focused on raising funds for the planning process only.  There is a second phase to this project which is the build (subject to planning).  This phase will be listed as a separate raise.   It is expected that funds raised for the second phase or the sale of the asset will provide the funds for payback for the first phase.

John Corey is the founder of Property Fortress Education Ltd. John will be leading the planning-gain training delivered as part this project.    

Over 30 years ago, John started his property investing journey while working in Silicon Valley as a software engineer. Over that period, John’s career included working for Steve Jobs at NeXT Computer and being a beta tester for LinkedIn. John was paid to be online by Hewlett Packard starting in 1982. He also studied Artificial Intelligence over the Stanford University broadcast network. Yes, online learning decades before today’s experience.  

John’s first UK property investment took place in 1994 after John joined the London office of Swiss Bank Corporation (today’s UBS).
